In many sectors, the completion of continuous professional development (CPD) is an important part of someone's career because it ensures that you continue to be competent in your field of study/work. As volunteers our coaches devote a lot of time to the development of our players, but to remain current, effective and up to date on practice, it is always good to work on our own development.

CPD helps ensure that all coaches maintain, or even improve, the knowledge and skills required to deliver the best possible professional service to your players in a fun and engaging way.

Last night the coaches at HGLFC had a fantastic CPD event, picking up new ideas and tips to use. The coaches had a great time and can't wait to try some things out!
