Phoebe's improvement over her first season is a credit to her persistence and determination to get things right. Clearly a perfectionist she never gives in both during training and on match days. When maybe her team mates concentration waivers at times her steely gaze indicates she's still listening and is always ready to give all for the cause. Possesses a great engine that combined with her control of the ball will see her become an accomplished midfielder given time and patience. Needs to become more vocal as it's clear she has a mind capable of reading the play and she can use that skill to pass on information to her team mates during pressure situations.
