Haslngden Hawks faced an AGSA side that they easily beat earlier in the year. However with a number Haslingden players missing they only had the one sub. If was obvious from the start the AGSA had improved considerably over the season putting together some good passes and pressing Haslingden well. AGSA seemed more hungry for the ball getting first to it on a number of occasions. Haslingden continued to press but it was AGSA the broke through to score the first goal just before half time. Changes where made at half time which seemed to unsettle Haslingden allowing AGSA to score again. Both teams played some good football and it was a pleasure to watch.
